- Order received before 4pm IST (Indian Standard Time) can be delivered on the sameday.
- Flowers style, color, shape, size may vary from the products shown on the website. We cannot commit any specific time for delivery due to
seasonal rush, delivery will be done between 8.00 am to 8.00 pm approximately. Mid night delivery time will be 23.00pm to 00.30am approx .
- Midnight deliveries in outskirt areas/far areas will be done between 9.00 pm to 11.00 pm approximately.
- Fixed Time Deliveries will be provided in some areas online with minimum 2 hour span. Orders for fixed time delivery should be placed 1 day in advance before 7.00 pm.
We may ask for extra delivery charges if area is far from our servicable area.
We may substitute any flowers type, container, color, vase , cake flavour, shape, size in case of unavailibity.
While substitutions is very low but some times it is required for seasonal, or out of stock items .
Whatever be the case, we guarantee fresh, flowers and best quality.
Substitution may be required as below :
1. If items like a basket, vase or a container is not available, we may substitute the same with similar item of equal value.
2. If any particular flowers are not available , we may substitute another flowers of equal value.
3. Stuff toys , Cake, Chocolate are sourced locally, we may substitute Shape, Color, Flavour in case of unavailibility.

Please Note: We are not responsible for delivery, If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong, recipient premises closed, recipient refused to accept products, recipient not available at delivery location, in such cases we will not able provide any refund.
Refund will not be provided if order cancelled on the date of delivery.
100% Refund will be provided if order is cancelled by Mumbai Flower in case of no service area or Item not available.
All refunds will be made to the account which was used at the time of making payment. It may take anywhere between 7 to 15 days for refund amount to credit in your account.
